Cancellation Policy: A full refund, less a $20.00 processing fee, is given with a 15 day cancellation notice and provided that the apartment is re-rented for the dates we have reserved for you.

**Deposit must be received within 5 business days from date of verbal or emailed reservation request to confirm reservation.

***Refundable upon departure if no damage is found other than normal wear and tear.

Checkin is 3pm - Checkout is 10am
